Booking & Appointments

Q: How do I book an appointment?

A: You can book directly through the booking link above. If you have questions, feel free to DM me on Instagram or email me

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event for bridal. Regular appointments require a $25 deposit. This deposit will go toward your total service cost.

Q: What happens if I’m late to my appointment?

A: There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and a rebooking fee will apply to reschedule.

Q: What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

A: I ask that you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties. If you cancel or need to reschedule within less than 24 hours, you will need to pay a rebooking fee to schedule your next appointment.

Service Prep & Skin Readiness

Q: How should I prep my skin before my appointment?

A: To ensure the best results:

  • Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face

  • Exfoliate your skin at least 24 hours before your appointment for a smoother application

  • Moisturize well but avoid using heavy oils right before your appointment

Q: Do I need to get my eyebrows done before the appointment?

A: Yes! Please arrive with clean and groomed eyebrows. If your eyebrows need grooming, there will be an additional $5 charge for eyebrow grooming.

Q: What type of makeup looks do you offer?

A: I specialize in Soft Glam looks for any event and Bridal Soft Glam. Whether you’re going to a wedding or just celebrating your birthday, I’ve got you covered!

Q: Can I show you inspiration photos?

A: Absolutely! Feel free to bring photos of the look you want, and I will customize it to complement your features.

Q: Do you offer makeup trials for brides?

A: Yes! I highly recommend bridal trials so we can perfect your look before the big day.

Travel & On-Location Services

Q: Do you offer mobile makeup services?

A: Yes! I provide on-location services for weddings, special events, and photoshoots. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance.

Q: How far do you travel?

A: I primarily serve Milwaukee and surrounding areas, but I’m open to traveling for special bookings. Contact me for details!

Payments & Pricing

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: I accept Cash, Venmo, or Credit/Debit Cards. Payment is due at the end of your appointment. For bridal all final payments must be given before preforming the service.

Q: Is there a rebooking fee if I miss my appointment?

A: Yes, if you arrive later than 10 minutes or cancel within less than 24 hours, you will need to pay a rebooking fee to schedule another appointment.
